I'm Emma Ashford
I am one of the UK’s leading sleep experts, insomnia therapists and member of the British Sleep Society (BSS).
Through my unique SAFE™ sleep formula, I have helped hundreds of people overcome their sleep challenges and insomnia problems. My programmes and packages focus on relieving insomnia as well as optimising and educating on good quality, natural sleep.
Further to helping people to reclaim their lives from sleeplessness, I also work within organisations, teaching staff how to get the best possible sleep, to prevent the onset of sleep and health problems.
